Delete Segmentation Model in Hybris Marketing

Trying to delete a Segmentation Model in Hybris Marketing, but allways get the error message, that ther is a dependency to an existing target group. All targetgroups based on this segmentation models are completed.

 

On the documentation i just found these information regarting this issue:

 

 

Select one or more segmentation models and choose Delete Segmentation Models to delete the models.

Note that you can only delete a segmentation model when the according authorization is granted to you at the segmentation profile on which the model is based.

 

To grant the authorization to delete segmentation models maintain the authorization object GSEG_START.

Project plan for CEI implementation

Dear everyone,

 

I am trying to create a project plan for a SAP CEI (Customer Engagement Intelligence) implementation project. This is the first time I am doing this so I hope to get some guidance on how to do it.

 

Have anyone implemented SAP CEI before? And is there a sample project plan that I can refer to?

Hybris Marketing Brand Data

Hi all,

 

In Hybris Marketing - Budget Planning you have the ability to upload Brand Data via the program RHPA_BRAND_UPLOAD. This provides the benefit of planning budget on Brand Level, something which a lot of multi brand organisations do today.

 

However, there is no indication of whether it is possible to add/change the brand data once it has been uploaded. The case which I am thinking of is if an organisation launches/acquires a new brand thus requiring the organisation to plan budget for marketing spend for this new brand. If this is not possible I can see a lot of organisations struggling to accept this functionality.

 

I have checked within SE38 to see if there is a related program to the upload program however I am not having a huge amount of success.

 

I would also be interested in seeing if it is possible to "decommission" a brand so that it is no longer able to be assigned to an area of responsibility. Again this is something which happens all the time in Marketing Organisations and would expect to see it.

 

 

If anyone has any pointers in this area it would be much appreciated.

Can't use product in Interaction CSV template

According to the Inbound interface guide the CSV template should include a "PRODUCTS" field. This field is not present in the downloaded template.

 

I have already uploaded some products using the Product CSV template (I'm on 1508 release). I have tried to add the "PRODUCTS" heading on the Interaction template but the interaction product does not load with the interaction.

 

Any hint?

Error while Upgrading to 1602 - CUAN_SETUP_UPDATE

Hey!

 

I am just trying to implement the follow-up activities regarding the 1602 upgrade guide.

The tasklist CUAN_SETUP_UPDATE needs to be executed for upgrading to 1602 and there i was facing an error:

 

STEP:

Convert field values for newsletter scenario.

 

ERROR:

Import Parameter P_CR with value: "

 

Does anybody of you know the solution approach to solve these error?

Unpredictable email sending issue in ymkt Campaign

Hi Experts ,


We have created one static template & trying to use the same template for email campaign. One Target group has been created with member of 10 person .Its works some times for some people ,but not for all. Ideally everyone should get same email but this is not happing at all even sometime it’s not working as well.


When automation mail is sent to a mail group then also mail received on few users end not to all. Is there any such setting which we need to check? Currently in some cases we are getting mails in real time and some time with delay and sometime no email.


How can we check what happing in background if there was any blockage/ filtering in Outbound request

These guides are found at link http://service.sap.com/rds-ymkt . For me they all work except for the Telecoms one. It opens a web page but provided no interactive content. Has anyone else had problems with it?

Hybris Marketing Target Group - Release and Replication

Hi all,

 

I have created target groups in system which belong to contact as well as customer segmentation with status 'In preparation'.However system is not giving option to release target groups when we navigate to release target groups option.There is no authorization failure error in SU53.What can be the issue?

I also have doubt on target group replication in SAP CRM , our deployment scenario is shared application and database server ( ip address ) of SAP CRM and Hybris Marketing.Do we still nedd to configure target group replication using middleware settings? Do we need to set up two sites in middleware one each for Hybris and CRM in this scenario?

Please let me know is it possible for deploying SAP Hybris on  Hana Cloud platform ..We don't want to go for On-premise installation and looking only for HCP implementation ..

Products interface Hybris marketing

Dear Colleagues,

 

I'm referring to Data load RDS for yMKT.  It contains contact, interaction, social media etc.. templates.

My requirement is to upload Product master data into yMKT. Source of Product data is csv file and no data cleasing required.

Would it need staging area before loading into yMKT ?

I'm seeking inputs how product master data can be loaded into yMKT through Data services.

OData generation error in technical wizard

Hi experts,

 

we deployed hybris marketing 1602 on a standalone Netweaver system.

During initial configuration (CUAN_INITIAL_SETUP) the generation of OData Services fails with an exception.

The metadata couldn't be loaded.

In the mentioned transaction /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG I found: "Exception /IWBEP/CX_EQ_TECH_EXCEPTION occurred"

The affected service is CUANPMOUTLH01_Q001_EQ_SRV.

 

We already implemented the sap note 2268665 without success.

 

Do you have any idea about this?

SAP CEI- Margin decomposition subworkset error

Dear All,

 

While implementing SAP CEI CVI module , we are facing an issue in the subworkset  "Margin decomposition".

 

Below is the error while clicking on it

 

"Error while displaying the (sub)workset; contact your system administrator."

 

All other sub worksets are loaded successfully. We referred to the installation steps and activated BI content / necessary Odata services and also assigned necessary authorization roles for the user

 

Is there any specific setting that is to be carried out for margin decomposition ?

 

Please suggest

Campaign Execution failing due to No contact key found for execution of campaign action

Hi Experts ,

I can able to see interaction properly updated on ymkt system (as website visit number count increasing).I am using campaign category type as trigger based campaign, There are no target group assign with it .i believe target group will be created dynamically at run- time


While campaign executed, system issuing fatal error since No Contact key found for execution of this campaign

Permission check for target group export

Hi!

Can anyone tell what permission is checked for target group export?

 

I defined an export profile for exporting in to csv file. Basically it is a copy of a standard "File export for SAP Call Center" definition. I assigned it to a target group and want to do an export now, but get an error that "No data to process after permission check".

 

Any ideas what permission is checked and what am I missing?

Hi,

 

I tried to build build y2ysync-datahub-ext extension by using the mvn clean installcommand.


My POM entry in y2ysync-datahub-ext extension contains following entries.

   <parent>

<artifactId>datahub-extensions</artifactId>

<groupId>com.hybris.datahub</groupId>

<version>5.7.0.0-RC3</version>

</parent>

 

I checked at https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/ and could not find the jars.

 

I am getting below error. Any clue how to fix?
