I am researching the predictive analytics capability of Hybris Marketing and have attempted to implement the Demo Buying Propensity Banking out-of-the-box demo. I am able to create a scenario and a model but when I attempt to add Fits (implementation methods) the save fails with an error saying the fit can't be added. There is no other information with the error.
I suspect problem may relate to configuration of the model. The model is based on table CUAND_PRED_BANK. When configuring the model we are asked to nominate fields for Target Object and Target Variable.
The drop-down list of options for Target Object is Invest offer, Save investment, Giro Account, Comfort Giro Account.
The drop down list of options for Target Variable is Purchased and Interest shown.
I had assumed these variables would all be fields on the table but in fact only one (Invest offer) exists on the table. That field has values of 0 or 1, which make it appear more like a Target Variable and a target object.
I wonder where Hybris gets the values for the two drop-down lists. I have been unable to find it anywhere in configuration.
Has anyone here used Marketing and Predictive Analytics? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
